Marilena Karagkiozi

Marilena Karagkiozi, trained as a goldsmith, is now a multi-disciplinary artist focusing on
wearable objects, video production, and photography. With a BA in history and archaeology, Marilena explores the interconnectedness of human history and artifacts.

She incorporates unconventional materials from the environment, challenges perceptions,
and redefines value.

She also shares her expertise as an art jewelry teacher, imparting metalsmithing techniques
and promoting sustainable practices. Marilena's work has been showcased in gallery
exhibitions and art fairs worldwide, earning her recognition through awards and a study
scholarship.
